Appeal Foundry™ designs and publishes the packs listed on this site. Checkout, payment, tax collection, delivery and receipts are handled by Gumroad, Inc. as merchant of record; Gumroad’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout step. We run no payment server and never see your card details. Support for everything else: hello@appealfoundry.com.
A licence to use the files in the download archive, on the terms in the Licence. The archive contents for each product are measured and shown on its pack page, or on its tile on the front page for products that have no page of their own (figure count, formats, triangle counts, archive size). Those measured numbers, not the marketing copy, describe what you receive. If the site and the archive ever disagree, the archive is the truth and you are entitled to a refund.
Files are delivered instantly by Gumroad, our merchant of record: the download is available immediately after payment, and Gumroad emails a receipt with a download link to the address you used. Archives are large (hundreds of megabytes to several gigabytes); the size is stated on every pack page before you buy.
All prices are in US dollars. A launch price shown beside a struck-through list price is a temporary offer; the list price is the standing price of the pack. Taxes, where due, are added by Gumroad at checkout according to your location.
Videos and images on this site are preview renders of the shipped figures. They are not a certification of motion quality. Where a figure has passed a motion certification the pack page says so; where it has not, the card says “Motion cert pending”.
