The download archives carry 2 licence texts, which differ only in how they name what is licensed (characters or assets). Each is reproduced below as shipped, with the archives that carry it. The LICENSE.txt inside the archive you download is the licence for it; every pack page shows its own.

What the files are

Character packs ship auto-rigged with clip files (separate walk and run GLBs on the flagships, embedded clips on the animated packs); prop packs ship static GLB + FBX meshes with a separate high-poly source archive. The measured numbers (figures, triangles, maps, joints, mesh and material counts, file sizes) are on each pack page and are read from the archive itself, and each pack page states what is not included - partly measured from the archive (LOD, collision and morph-target checks), partly by design (no sockets, no body beneath garments, no decimation or retopology). Buy on the spec plate, not the pitch.
