Appeal Foundry™ · policy
What this site collects (very little) and what Gumroad collects at checkout.
Version dated 2 September 2026. Questions: hello@appealfoundry.com.
This site is a set of static pages with no accounts or sign-in. The site is served by a content-delivery host that may keep short-lived request logs (IP address, browser type, requested page) for security and capacity; we do not use those logs to identify you.
We set no cookies, run no analytics or tracking scripts, and load no third-party scripts on these pages at present. When buy buttons go live, the pages will load Gumroad’s checkout script so the purchase overlay can open on this site; that script is served by Gumroad, may set Gumroad’s own cookies, and is governed by Gumroad’s privacy policy - this notice will say so when that happens.
Purchases are made through Gumroad, the merchant of record. Gumroad collects your email address, payment details and billing country to take payment, calculate tax and deliver the files. We do not receive your card details. Through Gumroad’s seller dashboard we can see the email address, order number, country, amount and product for each sale; we use that only to provide support, process refunds and honour the licence.
Messages sent to hello@appealfoundry.com are kept so we can answer you and handle any refund or defect claim. We do not send marketing email. If you opt in to updates on Gumroad, those messages come through Gumroad and can be stopped there.
We do not sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with Gumroad (to complete and support your purchase) and where the law requires.
Email hello@appealfoundry.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Refund and licence records may be retained where needed for accounting or to enforce the licence.
This notice is dated 2 September 2026 and will be updated here if anything changes.
