If a character or prop pack is not what you expected, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full through Gumroad. One email is enough. The only exceptions are the terrain rule just below and the fair-use cases listed further down.
No refunds on terrain and landmark downloads (real-landform packs such as Gauley Gorge). These are large one-off downloads of a real place, meshed from public survey data; what you download is what you get. The buy button for every such product says “Final sale, no refunds” and Gumroad shows “No refunds allowed” on the product before you pay. Your statutory rights where you live are not affected (see below).
If a download is corrupt, a file listed on the pack page is missing, a figure fails to import in a current Blender, Unity or Unreal, or a rig or texture does not match what the spec plate on the pack page says, tell us. We fix or replace first, and refund if we cannot fix it within 5 business days. Defect claims are accepted at any time, not just within the guarantee window.
A refund ends your licence for that pack. Please delete all copies of the files from your projects and drives. Future figures added to that pack no longer come to you.
These are digital files delivered instantly. We may decline repeat refunds of the same pack, a refund of a bundle after one of its member packs was refunded, or requests we reasonably believe are abusive. Free packs have nothing to refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page. Our guarantee is offered in addition to, not instead of, the rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Consumers in Brazil keep the 7-day right of withdrawal under Consumer Defence Code art. 49; Gumroad honours it at checkout.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We refund faster than a dispute resolves, and a card dispute removes your access to the product. The charge on your statement shows Gumroad’s descriptor (“gumrd.com”) alongside the product name.
Gumroad is the merchant of record and collects any VAT, GST or sales tax due. Tax is refunded together with the purchase; a partial refund refunds tax proportionally.
Files are delivered instantly by Gumroad, our merchant of record: after payment your download is available at once from Gumroad, and a receipt with the download link goes to the email you used. Support: hello@appealfoundry.com.
