Thirty-one rigged Western townsfolk for crowd dressing: sheriff, three deputies, bartender, shopkeeper, barber, miner, railway hand, stablehand, saloon drinkers and sitters, and street passers-by. Every character carries an Idle and a Walk clip, and six work clips cover the jobs the town actually needs: a miner's pick swing, a railway sledge swing, a stablehand leading an animal, a barber working at the chair, a bartender presenting a mug and a shopkeeper resting at the register. Seventy-two motion GLBs in total.
The four props those clips are built around ship with the pack - mining pick, sledgehammer, lariat coil and barber shears - as separate GLTFs you parent yourself.
You also get the town placement data: the thirty-one marker transforms the characters stand on in Silver Creek, a per-character motion table, and a small demo scene with an empty ground plane and every actor on its marker so you can check scale and spacing before you commit.
Rigs are 24-joint humanoid skeletons. Surfaces are original generated PBR plates.

Hands. Characters have simplified hands with no finger bones. Hands do not articulate or grip. Work poses use palm or near-contact. If you need finger movement you will need to re-bake and re-rig the characters yourself.
The four clip props are supplied separately and are not held by the characters; parent a prop to a hand node yourself and the pose will be palm contact, not a grip.
This pack contains no buildings, terrain, collision or LOD meshes; the town is sold separately.
Also: second rider not included (one mounted rider demo); textures are original generated PBR plates, 2K, seamless; no third-party game content is included.
